Meet our creative team

Jade Oradovschi,
President & Founder

Jade grew up in Rio de Janeiro, city which she loves to death to this day. At age 21 she was given a scholarship to The University of Missouri as a member of their volleyball team which brought her closer to NYC, place she now calls home.

After 15+ years working in the industry, she decided to take the next step and pursue her dream of providing amazing experiences to her clients. Because of her extensive customer service experience after so many years in the industry, she aims to provide her clients with unforgettable memories.

Nina Saad,
CEO

Nina grew up in Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro and since a very early age knew she was not meant to settle in life. When she was 21 years old, after having worked in retail management for a couple of years, she decided it was time to pack up and go travel the world.  

She studied HR and Tourism and has 10+ years of experience in the fields of Tourism and Event Planning. 

Mariana Novarino,
COO

World traveler. Has been to more than 48 countries.  Spent a total of 8 years at sea working as an Event Coordinator for a major cruise line.

An extrovert. Loves to meet new people. Detail-oriented and extremely competent.

She has a BA in Hospitality Management with 4 years’ experience in the field, plus 2 in the Food Industry and has been Jade’s right hand Jade for over 4 years now.

Our goal is to provide the best customer service maximizing our client’s happiness. The fees will depend on your needs and event size. Hourly rates are within the range of $30-$90 depending on the service you are looking for.  We will help you plan how many staff members and the amount of hours you will need our amazing staff for to keep your event within your budget.
